Our admissions process is designed to be straightforward and supportive, ensuring you can easily start your path toward a transformative education in holistic theology and alternative science. When a student enrolls at The University of Holistic Theology and Alternative Science, we will ask the student to fill out admission forms, after which we shall assign an advisor to guide the new student through the enrollment process. The advisor will see that the student receives all necessary materials about the chosen Program of study.

Admission Requirements

  1. Senior Secondary School Certificate: SSS (Senior Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent.
  2. Junior High Certificate: Junior high school certificate or equivalent.
  3. Basic Literacy: Ability to read and write.
  4. Church Leadership Experience: Experience as a teacher, leader, or elder in a church.
  5. Letter from Senior Pastor or Spiritual Mentor: A recommendation letter from a senior pastor or spiritual mentor.

 Flexible Requirements

The university considers applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences, emphasizing their ability to read, write, and demonstrate leadership in their church community. The students must have a sacred certificate or must be 18 years and above or someone who is maturely talented in technical skills and must pass a mature student examination in English and Spiritual belief System knowledge.

  1. Ministerial Studies: Learn about ministry and leadership.
  2. Theological Studies: Explore biblical and theological concepts.
  3. Spiritual Healing: Study spiritual healing and wellness.
  4. Metaphysical Studies: Delve into metaphysics and spiritual growth.

Lessons & Procedures

All lessons will require reading material. We will allow the student to go at his or her own pace, which is one of the significant benefits of distance learning through correspondence. There are no time limits for completing courses. After completing courses with a satisfactory grade, and after paying the full tuition for the courses taken, a degree will be issued and mailed to the student no later than four to six weeks.

Grading System

The University of Holistic Alternative Science issues grades based on a G.P.A. system (grade point average system). A 4.0 G.P.A. is the highest level, while 0.0 is the lowest level. A level of 2.0 must be achieved for the undergraduate and certificate Programs, while a 3.0 must be achieved for the graduate Programs.

 Grading Reports

All grading reports will be sent after all financial and academic obligations have been met.

Transcripts

Upon written requests and provided all academic and financial obligations have been met, students may request their transcripts to be sent to other schools or employers.

UHTAS Degrees & Certification  

All certificates will be sent, once all financial and academic obligations have been met.

Main Exam

We do not feel that the University of Holistic Theology and Alternative Science subject can only be presented in one way. As such, you are free to explore the course readings and subjects and come to your conclusion as to what they mean to you. That is, after the completion of the course material, the student will summarize the material and submit it to his supervisor for grading-this will be the exam

Equivalency Exam

All students who do not wish to follow the entire course curriculum required for each Program can accept the challenge of a Final Examination for each degree and must score a grade average of 85% or more, for both the undergraduate and graduate Programs. 

Certificate Fees

  • Bachelor degree certificate: $350
  • Master degree certificate: $400
  • Doctor of Philosophy degree certificate: $400.

    Note:  Graduation Fee, Transcripts and Project Paper Works Review fee are all included in the program fee Postage.

Sequential Progression

Bachelor’s → Master’s → Doctoral/PHD: Students must complete each program in sequence to progress to the next level.

No Skipping Levels

Students cannot bypass Bachelor’s level: Students cannot directly enter the Master’s program without completing the Bachelor’s program first.

Students cannot bypass Master’s level: Students cannot directly enter the Doctoral/PhD program without completing the Master’s program first.

Payment Plans

Plan 1: The student pays for his entire program at enrollment and takes a 10% reduction in the Degree program certificate. Other fees will be paid as they are acquired.

Plan 2: The student pays the Degree program certificate and fees for their first course at the time of enrollment and then pays course basis.

There will be no tuition certificate refunded after (3) working days from the date a student receives his or her Program(s), as validated by The Postal Service records or any other form of delivery service records sent to The University of Holistic Theology and Alternative Science.  All shipping and handling charges to or from the student are non-refundable.

Withdrawal Policy

  • All monies paid to UHTAS are non-refundable!!!
  • All books purchased by given to the student become the property of the student. However, duplication of these materials for resale is forbidden.
  • A student may be expelled for failure to meet financial obligation to the school. If the student contacts the school we attempt to work with them in order to avoid the expulsion.
  • UHTAS will not issue grades, transcripts, or degrees to anyone who has not fulfilled their financial obligation to the school.

Registration Requirements Payment Policy

  1. Registration: Complete the registration process.
  2. Initial Payment: Pay 30% of the course fee before receiving study materials.
  3. Study Materials: Receive study materials in PDF format after initial payment.
  4. Payment Direction: Follow payment instructions provided by the school administrator.

Payment Process

  1. Contact Administrator: Reach out to the school administrator for payment details.
  2. Make Payment: Pay 30% of the course fee as instructed.
  3. Receive Study Materials: Get study materials in PDF format after payment confirmation.
  4. Material Distribution: Study materials are sent after registration and payment.

Note: The school generally pays for postage on all packages sent by the school to the student. The student is required to pay postage on all course work and other materials they send to the school.  In other words, we will not accept C.O.D items; Students can postage by uploading their written assignments 

Shipping & Handling

All students living in Africa shall be responsible for all foreign country import and other taxes.  Additional Shipping & Handling charges shall apply.  While some of our most popular courses are available for immediate shipment, others are not. Since Programs are tailored to each student’s needs, a certain amount of individualized work must be done in preparation for shipping.  Please note that if any books or materials are on backorder, they will be shipped at our expense.  Accordingly, students will be notified as to when they can expect to receive their courses.  All shipped orders that are refused will carry additional returned shipping and handling charges.  All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
